Go to the vice city hospital and there will be an entrance, go thorugh it, when you are through it there will be a door leading into a building, go through it, when you go through it, it takes you to the top of the hospital were there is the Air Ambulance Helicopter!(this helicopter coems with missions in the air also)

Bike!!!!
If you want to ride a bike (BMX) like in G.T.A. San Andreas you must first end the mission where you have to check security for Phil Collin's concert and where you are (normally) driving a bike to get around the stadium. Then go to Stonewall's J and enter it. Get out again and run to the left, Kaboem !!! you should see a BMX standing there ready to use.
