During gameplay, pause and press the listed buttons to activate the corresponding cheat. Repeat the process to disable the corresponding cheat. The game will unpause itself to confirm correct code entry.

Press Start to pause your game. Then press Left, Down, Down, Left, Right and Down. Reset the game and go to the Options screen and you'll notice a new Stage Select option.
