Ninja Gaiden Black

Comic: Complete the game under the Ninja Dog or normal difficulty settings.
Dead Or Alive: Complete the "Special" mission.
Red Muffler: Complete the game under the hard difficulty setting.
Ryuken: Complete the game under the very hard difficulty setting.

Save the game while in Ninja Dog difficulty. Load that saved game file, then hold Start + Back to perform an in-game reset to see an Ayane-themed title screen.

Turn in 50 Scarabs to Muramasa at the shop under the Ninja Dog difficulty setting.

Successfully complete the game.

Go into the room where you get the second Jewel of The Demon Seal. Kill the first 30 Beetles, then leave the room and return. There is a challenge where you can kill 60 Beetles. Kill about 57 to 58 beetles, then leave the room. Keep repeating the process to get a lot of Essences. Once you leave the room, you can run to the shop and upgrade your weapons. Continue the process until you have upgraded all the weapons you have. Once you have upgraded everything, spend the rest on supplies or armlets. After that, return to the same room that the Beetles. Kill all 60 Beetles to unlock a chest which contains a Talisman Of Rebirth.
