Easier Challenges

Immediately after a Challenge starts, go to the menu and switch vehicles to one that is better suited to winning instead of the default vehicle type. Note: You can only do this one time. If you restart you will be stuck with the new vehicle.

Easy fuel

Go to the northeast corner of the map. Note: You may have to look for some of the fuel. After knocking over all of the barrels, continue going northeast until your respawn. More fuel will be there in the same location.

Select any car

When the pre-race countdown timer reaches "Go!", display the map. If done correctly, your garage icon can be selected. You can now choose any vehicle that you own for that race.

Sonic The Hedgehog reference

There is a place called Blue Hedgehog Forests that can be seen on the map at the pause menu. This is a reference to Sonic, who is a blue hedgehog.
