Sid Meier's Colonization

While in a game, hold ALT and type W I N. This will enable a new menu option called "Cheats" where you can do almost anything.

Regardless of nationality or difficulty, start the game and find some land. Send your man out where you are to build a colony. When you are prompted to enter a name for it, call it CHARLOTTE (be sure that it is in capitals) and press return. A message should tell you that the cheat has been successful. Now you will have a lot more money, be able to view the entire map, and also can enter enemy colonies and mess around.
