Press Up, Down, Right, Left, Select at the title screen.

In level one, climb the shelves of the tall dresser in the hall to the right of the bedroom. Jump over the enemy without getting hit to get a bonus life.

Turn off the lights before you leave the room where you have to switch on the lights to get a bonus life.

Play to near the end level 3 of the attic. Jump through the wall instead of dropping down at the end of the level as usual. You will land in a hidden room that contains various items.
