To keep track of how much time has elapsed, note the "Playtime" value at the "Profiles" menu when you start playing. You can compare it later against the current playtime. Note: Playtime does not advance while at the main menu.

Easy "Suicidal Tendencies" achievement

Play level 2-4, "Horny Pet". Reach the first save point next to the Horny Pet. Remain there when it spawns and you will automatically die every three seconds. You can check your current progress at the "Profiles" menu in the "RIPs" column.
