In each room, players must use intellect, strategy and various objects to their full advantage. To escape, rooms can be moved around and matched up with subsequent rooms. The game features a guide named Mr. Book that gives tips on how to move rooms and use various tricks during the adventure. - Basic Master: Complete every level in Mansion 1 with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Items Master: Get every inventory item for Rooms Street.
- Mirror Master: Complete every level in Mansion 3 with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Mr. Book's Present: Find the 4 puzzle pieces on Rooms Street then use the exit.
- Newbie Candy: Complete 10 levels with a "Gold" rank.
- Puzzle Creator: Create 10 custom levels.
- Rooms Mania: Complete every level in Mansions 1-4 with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Master: Complete every level in the Extra Mansion with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (Bird level): Complete 75 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (Chimp level): Complete 50 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (Gator level): Complete 125 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (High School level): Complete 175 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (Lizard level): Complete 100 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (Monkey level): Complete 25 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (Roomo Sapien level): Complete 150 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Rooms Stone (Rooms University Graduation level): Complete all 200 challenge levels with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Spin Master: Complete every level in Mansion 4 with at least a "Silver" rank.
- Subway Master: Complete every level in Mansion 2 with at least a "Silver" rank.
