As Tom-Tom the Wonder Boy, it's up to you to rescue your girlfriend Tanya from the vile clutches of the monster that has kidnapped her. To do so, you must navigate a series of worlds in a race against time to reach your goal. Along the way, you'll battle foes and collect fruit that will add to the amount of time you have to complete your mission.

Level select
Press 1, 2, 1 + 2 when the level and world numbers are displayed. Use the D-pad to select a new starting level. Note: All dolls can not be collected when this code is enabled.

At the Screen that shows the Level and Stage number, press Button 1 twice, Button 2 twice, both buttons the Up to change the Level, and Right to change the Stage.
Playing Tips
Collect the Sega signs that appear and that will make the fruit you collect worth 500 points.
To get to the tenth round you need 36 dolls. Get all dolls from rounds 1-1 through 9-4, including the hidden dolls. If you do not have all the dolls, when you reach 9-4, the game will end, not letting you go to 10-1, and to the real ending.
