Create a player in the My Captain Edit mode.

Teams:
Defeat the following teams in Story mode to unlock them: Argentina Jr., France Jr., Furano, Germany Jr., Hanawa, Hirado, Italy Jr., and Toho.

To unlock the All-Stars team, complete Story Mode.

To unlock Japan Jr., complete the first part of Story mode.

To unlock Nankatsu SC, complete Custom Story Mode.

Use a rumble close to the goal. Notice that there is no goalkeeper.
