If you throw a touchdown pass and your reciever catches it right on the goal line and it is ruled a touchdown it will put a touchdown in your stats. If the other coach challenges the touchdown and it is called back and put on the inches line to the goal you will still have thrown and caught a touchdown.

Look in the Antonio Gates Player Information screen. It shows his receptions, rec yards, etc. However, they show that Gates had 0 TDs. Gates set the record for TDs by a Tight End with 13.

Select the "My Madden" option at the main menu. Select the "Madden Cards" option, then choose "Madden Codes" to enter a code:

Create a punter or kicker with all his attributes at maximum, including passing. You will sign him for a low salary simply because he is a kicker. Then, set him as the starting quarterback on the depth charts as the season begins. You will now have the best kicker/punter and QB in the league. You may also maximize all passing attributes and take the kicking attributes down to sign him at an even lower price. This is most recommended if you only rarely kick.

Be a defensive lineman and back up a few feet. When the play starts, immediately run forward and hitsick an offensive lineman. He will fall down and your person will still be running fast towards the quarterback. Then, sack him.

First you need to go to the coaching strategy then to substitutions and switch your re with the fastest person possible then on defense go to the goal line defense and pick gaps fire once you come to the field you press l1 and left then r1 and right and triangle and right what this does is leaves the re wide open with no one lined up against him 9 out of 10 times he will either sack or pressure the qb to throw a bad pass.

Take the best wide receiver on your team and put him in the tightend position. Audible his route so he does a fly (straight) route. Because he has such a low overall rating, they might just have a line backer on him or he might not even be.

When on offense, select an offense with three receivers. Trip Bunch in Single Back formation works very well. Put the defense on goal line Zone CB cover. By doing this, no one rushes your QB, and once your receiver gets past the zone, they are left unguarded in the endzone for a guaranteed 48 points per play almost all of the time. This should work with most short zone coverages and does not take many attempts to learn which receiver to pick, mostly anyone running a long slant.
