When in the "box room" to get the key get on one of the moving constuction things and you'll be able to reach the key to go into the computer room.

Use Mike to get everything early

While using Mike press the jump button in a certain rhythm and Mike keeps jumping higher and higher. With this you can get all the items in the level without returning there. You can also jump to areas behind things.
