Press Start to choose your character to use their alternate costumes. Note: You may first need to unlock the costume in the Krypt.

Note: Some fighters' alternate costumes can only be unlocked by fighting (and defeating) them in Konquest mode. Before you fight Li Mei (Orderrealm A6), Raiden (Edenia F3) and Tanya (Outworld C2 or C3), make sure you have unlocked them in the Krypt before commencing with these battles, as you will not get the keys to their alternate costumes if they are still locked.

Take Netherrealm Kamidogu to the Nexus, then return to Netherrealmand. Push Ermac all the way to the bridge. Push him into the bridge guard. You can now run past the guard or enter training with Ermac then quit training, and be on the other side of the bridge.

Select a fast character. You can lock up the Dragon King and get an easy win. It helps to get a Kamidogo, then lock him up. This can also save some time, and even though he blocks a lot of your attacks, if you look close it does do some damage.

Unlock the Golden Desert stage. At the start of the fight, knock the victim over the right side of the edge. Next, push the victim to the right wall and keep him or her there and them. When it says "Finish Him/Her", do the person's fatality and it will show the person killing air, while the victim is behind him, acting like if it is happening to him or her. Note: Try using Sub-Zero's second fatality.

Go to Edenia. Go to where Lui Kang is found during the night. Go to the left of the building and you can go behind it. Wait until about 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. You should see him pass through the wall. He will walk into the rock face, then return and go through the wall again. Also you will see another person walk through it at 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.
