Far-Casting

Set the joystick's sensitivity to high or very high to cast your line further out.

Getting Fish Past Obstructing Rocks

When you get a fish stuck I have been successful at removing them by increasing the drag and pulling up on the rod while reeling. It works about half the time, but it will be worth trying with the big ones on the line.

Hint: Atlantic Grayling and Muskie

Atlantic Grayling love the Countdown in silver/gold/trout colors.

Hint: Catching fish

The best way to catch fish is to go to the grassy areas and cast out long from your boat. For King Salmon, cast out near a waterfall with the long silver minnow lure.

In 90% of the tournaments you will catch your largest fish at the beginning.
