The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles return--this time featuring simultaneous play for up to four players. In both cooperative and head-to-head modes, you and your friends can play as your favorite green heroes: Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael. Punch, kick, and duck your way through battles against The Shredder and his evil pack of Foot Ninjas. Each Turtle has distinct characteristics and abilities, and you can combine moves to perform more than 30 different types of attacks.

Play as Casey Jones
Win the Open Brawl Tournament. Alternately, Casey Jones is unlocked five days after a saved game file is created; you can change the system date to do this. Casey Jones replaces Raphael.

Find the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade game during Mission 9-1 and use it to play the classic arcade game.
Unlock Casey Jones, Karai, Splinter and Slashuur
There is another way to unblock these four characters. Beating the original TMNT Arcade Game also we will obtain to Casey Jones, Karai, Splinter and Slashuur.
Unlock original TMNT arcade game.
When on the rooftops in stage 9-1, start smashing the many crates to find an artifact. Take that artifact back home, and give it to April. Once she appraises it, she'll tell you that it is the original TMNT aracde game. Now go to the title screen, and go under options. The original TMNT arcade game will be there.
