Enter Globo Joy as a name at the high score screen.

Press Circle, Square, Triangle, Circle, Square, Triangle, Square during game play while in a park.

Enter the cheats anywhere during gameplay:

Unlock All Parks - SQUARE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE.

Unlock All Rides - SQUARE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, TRIANGLE.

Extra $50,000 (You can enter this as many times as you want) - SQUARE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, CROSS (X).

These cheats also work on the first Thrillville game.

Press Square, Circle, Triangle, Square, Circle, Triangle, Right during game play while in a park.

Get a VIP pass from some of the missions, first. Then talk to the person you want to give it to and select gift. This should take you to max friendship. Note: this helped me get a girlfriend faster.
