Use RVD or a custom superstar with the vandaminator as their chair special (passes chair to oponent and then kicks it into their face).

Get on the left of the ring and make sure the opponent is closer to the camera than you. About 1/2 way between the ring and the barrier do the vandaminator and you should get sucked into the crowd. This takes some practice - get a mate to help at first so you can position it perfectly but you should be able to do it against any unsuspecting opponent eventually (inc computer opponents)

Set up the Female as you want her to be. But when assigning her gender, select Unknown. She will still be in female only matches, but she will also be able to do the male only season
