Allowing secondary characters to reach level 20 easily

When you have a character reach Tiny Tina do all of her side missions until you make it to the final stage of her tea party. Here she wants you to lure Flesh-Stick to her little cove to join her tea party. Since you can fail this mission by killing him you can actually repeat that over n over for experience. On top of that if a second controller is available and you wish to make another character but don't want to level them up the normal way you can have that created person join your session and have them run all the way to Tiny Tina. If you keep them in front of her and your main character in front of where Flesh-Stick walks out you can kill him and re-accept the mission as fast as your trigger finger allows making anyone reach roughly 20-21 in a matter of minutes.

Badass Rank Farming

To build a high Badass Rank, and gain all the perks associated with it, create a pair of new characters in co-op mode and have player 1 beat player 2 in 50 duels. This gives 166 Badass Ranks. Save and quit, then start another new game, creating another new character for player 1 (don't bother messing with player 2's character). Fight another 50 duels, with player 1 winning them all for 166 more Badass Ranks. Repeat as desired, and delete the pile of unwanted characters when you're done.. If you set the controller configuration to something where you can just keep tapping the melee-attack button without ruining your aim at the other player, you can finish a duel-run like this in roughly 10 minutes. Thus, over the course of one hour, you can build up 996 Badass Ranks.

This is a reference to the The Zombie Island Of Dr. Ned DLC, where TK Baha asks you to collect brains for him.

Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty: Trophies

Complete the following tasks to unlock PlayStation 3 trophy rewards.

Trophy
How to unlock

Cheap ammunition

If you are running low on money and need ammunition, go to Southern Shelf and buy some there. What used to be over $500 to fill your guns now costs about $100.

Easy "Challenge Accepted" achievement or trophy

Play through the Story mode all three times then return to Normal mode with your character of choice. Carefully examine all the non-level specific challenges to see what is required to complete level 1 of each. Note: Some of the undiscovered challenges do not unlock until you reach a certain area in the game or with weapons until a particular weapon's level 5 challenge (i.e. "Open Wide!"for the shotgun, completion of which unlocks the previously undiscovered Shotgun Sniper challenge) have been completed, which can be a grind even in Normal mode. The easiest way to complete the level 5 weapons challenges is to spend your time exclusively in Southern Shelf and Southern Shelf - Bay where the lowest level enemies spawn. Additionally, just because a weapon challenge has not unlocked yet does not mean the game is not counting progress towards completion if you sometimes do what that undiscovered challenge asks. Also, it should be noted there are 114 non-DLC and non-level specific challenges that need to be done and at least three of them require two or more players (for reviving, winning duels and trading).

Easy "Cute Loot" achievement or trophy

The following enemies will very rarely spawn as a Chubby instead of a Badass: Skags, Rakk, Spiderants, Varkids, Stalkers, Midgets, and Skeletons (in the Tiny Tina's Assault On Dragon Keep DLC) . An enemy must meet the conditions for being a Badass before it can become a Chubby. To improve the odds, play in multi-player mode under the True Vault Hunter or Ultimate Vault Hunter difficulty settings. Without any DLC, select maps with Varkid colonies, such as "Caustic Caverns", "Tundra Express", or "Natural Selection Annex". Every time that a Varkid evolves, it counts as another chance on the spawn table. With the Mister Torgue's Campaign Of Carnage DLC, after the story mission "Get Your Motor Running," go to the bounty board and accept the mission "Gas Guzzlers" This will activate the spawn for the mission and release a group of Rakk into the marked area in Southern Raceway. About 80% of the time there will be Rakk there. If there are not any Chubby Rakk in the spawn, exit and restart. Note: Chubbies spawned by the "Gas Guzzlers" mission use the standard loot tables and not the Chubby loot tables.

Easy "Thresher Thrashed" achievement or trophy

To easily kill Terramorphous the Invincible, wait to accept the mission "You. Will. Die. (Seriously.)" until you have a level 62 or higher character and your current playthrough is inUltimate Vault Hunter mode. Then while in Sanctuary in Normal mode, accept the mission from Dr. Tannis inside the Crimson Raiders HQ. Next, travel to Thousand Cuts and follow the mission marker to the entrance to Terramorphous Peak. Pay the 8 Eridium fee to access it and Terramorphous. Finally, summon Terramorphous with the longhorn. Within five minutes you should have Terramorphous killed, and if the profile being used kills him for the first time the achievement or trophy will be earned. Also, at the very least you should gain one Orange (Legendary) item in the form of a "Slayer of Terramorphous Class Mod.
