Hidden Rickshaw (Bike) Taxi

To drive a the Rickshaw (or Bike Taxi) instead of a car taxi, enter the following code at the character-select screen: Hold L1, hold R1, release L1, release R1, hold R1, hold L1, release R1, release L1. Then choose a character.
