Deus Ex
In Chapter 2:Freedom, there is a Deus Ex homage. The first line the black-marketeer inside the labor camp says is "You want to talk to El Ray? That's cool!" This is a direct quote from (and spoken with the same inflection as) a body guard for the Rook gang leader in the abandoned Brooklyn Bridge subway station.
Easy "Chronicler" Trophy
The first of the 61 total news pickups can be found at the very start of the game. Immediately after the bus attack, you will meet the resistance. Instead of going inside for the dinner, turn to the left of it to find it on on the sidewalk.
Easy "Let 'em Burn" trophy
When you infiltrate the enemy camp set up at a supermarket parking lot in Chapter three, watch the base being bombed. Wait for the next cinematic to begin and do not shoot anyone. "Let 'em Burn" will appear after the second missile explodes.
Farm Parachute
In the map "Farm," find the tall tower with the yellow ladder. Once you are at the top, jump off and there will be a message that says "Press A to deploy parachute" and you can deploy a parachute and survive the fall.
QR Code
In the mission called Heartland you can find a QR code whcih you can read with a mobile phone. It points to this site, where you can check out wallpapers and videos: http://aug.me/SymB9t
Red Dawn reference
During the second or third mission where you fist see the Korean camp for the Americans full of trailers and RVs, there is a sign that reads "GO WOLVERINES". This is a reference to the school's team in the movie Red Dawn.
Secret Trophies
Complete the following tasks to unlock PlayStation 3 trophy rewards.
- Fatal and Tragic (Bronze)
- Jump off the Golden Gate Bridge in Chapter 7: Golden Gate.
- Complete chapter 7 in the Single Player Campaign.
- Golden Gate - Guerrilla (Silver)
- Complete chapter 7 on the Hardest Difficulty in the Single Player Campaign.
- Iron Man - Golden Gate (Silver)
- Complete chapter 7 in the Single Player Campaign without dying or restarting a checkpoint.
- Destroy all vehicles using the UAV in Chapter 7: Golden Gate .
- Wilhelm's Nightmare (Bronze)
- Knock 10 enemies off of the scaffolding during the helicopter fly-in in Chapter 7: Golden Gate.
Trophies

- Become a 3-Star threat in a Battle Commander public match.
- Become a 5-Star threat in a Battle Commander public match.
- Find 30 of 61 News Pickups in the Single Player Campaign.

- Talk at least once to each inhabitant of Oasis in Chapter 2: Freedom.
- Find the first of 61 news pickups.
- Complete the street section without Goliath taking any damage in Chapter 4: The Wall.
- Complete an expert challenge for any drone in Multiplayer.
- Complete all challenges for weapons, drones, vehicles, and modes in Multiplayer.
- Complete chapter 3 in the Single Player Campaign.
- Fire Sale - Guerrilla (Bronze)
- Complete chapter 3 on the Hardest Difficulty in the Single Player Campaign.
- Complete chapter 2 in the Single Player Campaign.
- Freedom - Guerrilla (Bronze)
- Complete chapter 2 on the Hardest Difficulty in the Single Player Campaign.
- Enter a public match in a Party with 16 players in Multiplayer.
- Give Him the Stick (Bronze)
- Kill 25 enemies with melee attacks in Chapter 1: Why We Fight.
- Good Use of Cover (Bronze)
- Destroy the first sentry without taking any damage in Chapter 2: Freedom.
- Complete chapter 5 in the Single Player Campaign.

- Complete all other trophies for Homefront.
- Destroy all the SAM trucks in the level in Chapter 6: Overwatch.
- Hijack the tankers in less than 8 minutes in one life in Chapter 6: Overwatch.
- Enter a public match as the Party Leader of a 4-Player Minimum Party in Multiplayer.
- Stairway to Heaven (Bronze)
- From the front door of the church, make it to the crow’s nest in 240 seconds in Chapter 5: Heartland.
