Play as OOO (purple eyes)
Get a 100% completion in Heroes mode. Start Arcade mode and defeat OOO if he appears. Complete Arcade mode. Then select any mode except for Heroes mode. Highlight OOO at the character selection screen, then hold Start and press Circle. Note: You cannot select "Tag Team" with him.
Play as OOO (Purple Eyes)
After getting 100% on Heroes Mode, Play Arcade mode as any character. During gameplay, if he appears at any match, defeat him to get him after credits rolls. Then on any mode (Except for Heroes mode), while highlighting OOO, Hold Start and press O. You cannot select Tag Team with him however.

Beat him during his appearance on any random match in Arcade Mode, then while highlighting as OOO, hold start and press "O"
