Classic mode and credits

Enable the "Level select" code, choose level 00, and complete it to unlock an ending, classic mode, and credits. Press Right when selecting then number of players to access classic mode. Enter the options screen to access the credits.

Five shots

Pause game play and press Down, Left, Circle, Down, Right, Right, Right.

Level select

At the main menu, select either one or two players and press Circle (instead of X) to begin the game.

Level Select and Classic Mode

At the main menu, press Circle and a level select menu will appear. If you go to Level 00, you'll fight a retro boss, and once you defeat this boss, a new option will open up, allowing you to play in Classic Space Invaders Mode.

Unlock Classic Mode and Maniacal Difficulty

Classic Mode is the original black-and-white Space Invaders.
Maniacal Difficulty is a mode that makes everything (except special weapons) move a lot faster!
