Unlocking the two mini campaigns (Dogfight & Bombing) is accomplished by beating the main campaign mode. Each mini campaign contains six missions. Once all six are complete, two more aircraft (per mini campaign) are unlocked. In addition, the weapons of the aircraft can be upgraded by completing the two mini campaigns.

Hold Minus + Plus and quickly press Left, Right, 1, 2, 2, 1 at the menu after selecting your pilot. This code will unlock all campaign missions, all stand alone mode stages and planes, all medals, all paint schemes, and all aircraft in the hangar.

Desert Recon
After successfully taking the first three pictures of the ships, continue to the desert. Watch your radio signal when it picks up. You should have the two bars to be all fully green. When that happens, you can pick up the camp on the radar.
