Successfully complete the game with an "A"or "S" rank. Start a new game with the cleared gamefile to begin with the Samurai Sword and Death Scythe in yourinventory.

Samurai Sword and Death Scythe in Inventory

If you clear the game with either an "A" or "S" ranking, the next time you start the game both the Samurai Sword and Death Scythe will be in your inventory.

Unlimited Throwing Weapons

Complete the game with 9,999 Purple Fragments and you will have unlimited throwing weapons when you start a new game from that save file. You must, however, find a throwing weapon before you can use it.
