Alternate Paint Schemes
At the start of the game there are drivers with paint schemes are locked at the start of the game. Here's the way of unlocking those paint schemes for those drivers:

Alternate Paint Schemes
Win a race on either Medium, Hard or Extreme but can't win the same event twice with that driver
Dale Earnhart Thunder Plate
Start a season and select Kevin Harvick as your driver. Then successfully win the Daytona 500.
EA Bio Extras
Reach Level 16 to unlock the All-Star Race. Reach Level 18 to unlock the Bud Shootout.
Locked Paint Schemes
Select any race with a diffulculty level of medium or hard. Then select the driver you want to unlock paint schemes for. After win the race and unlock the paint scheme!
See all the Cameos
At log in name type the first name as Seymore and the last name as Cameos.
Unlock All Cameos
Under Features, you'll see Create-a-Car. Choose this option. When the new screen comes up, enter the first name Seymore and last name Cameos, then back out of the screen. You'll get a new Thunder Plate, and you'll be able to view all the EA Sports Cameos. The S and C must be capitalized, but the rest must be lower-case.

Unlocking Thunder Plates
Select Race Modes from the Main Menu screen and then pick Lightning Challenge. Pick the race you want to do. Then during the race you have to keep certain standards like complete the race above a certain position, finish the race with enough gas, finish the race with no damage, and so forth. If you complete all of the standards, you'll unlock a Thunder plate or two!
