Go to the lobby. Select the bell three times, then the phone once and repeat the process. If done correctly, heads will be large. They will return to normal after restarting the game.

A couple will have babies if you get a letter back with an "A+" grade. The couple can be gay or straight, and the amount of children can vary but is usually two. The difficulty is finding a client and a candidate that are a good match. An "A+" grade requires a very good match where they have things in common or can deal with everything. Some luck may be required. Consider doing the following things to increase your chances.

• After the date is over, your client and the candidate may have something to say about each other. If this matches, it indicates that they are the same type and you have a very good chance of this ending up being an "A+" grade. If neither is picky, on date 2 make them a couple. If your client is more picky, still make them a couple on date 2 if possible. If the client is not picky and the candidate is, be conservative and do three dates.
• The more personality traits you can match, the better. Most of "A+" matches will have every personality trait in common
• Finish your achievements for matching opposing types together. Opposite types will not remain together after matching them.
• After earning the gastronomical achievement, go to the easiest restaurant that the candidate will accept. This will be a 1 or 2 stars with easy, 3 stars at least medium, and VIP for hard. This will make it easier to not fail a dating dilemma. Also consider earning the Schadenfeude achievement because you do not want to purposely fail any dilemmas, especially if the candidate is picky.
• Have a good amount of coins saved to help during dating dilemmas, especially when you have a picky VIP as a candidate.
• You can lie and get an "A+" match.

When you get new candidates, have a client test them to reveal some personality traits. Use less picky clients to date and get a feel for people for a date or two. You can do this as long as the client does not reject them outright and you did not make too bad of a mistake to get them dumped. That candidate may not end up being a good match for your client, but you you may get Mr. or Ms. Perfect later for them.

Go to the "Friends" screen and keep selecting your own avatar and your friends' avatars. You will get a money bonus and a reputation bonus for doing this.
