While playing the game you'll get a pop-up asking you to examine the game for an achievement. Just click Yes and you'll get it. I've no concept if it's time delicate or you have to complete a particular amount of levels (I've replayed a great deal of levels) however I got the pop-up when completing a level at sixty minutes of playing.

This is actually earned after completing level 25 in Lost Oasis.
