Cheat Codes/Hints
Additional Difficulty Settings
Complete the game on "Fugitive" difficulty to unlock the "Dead On Arrival" and the "New York Minute" settings.
All Weapons, Full Ammo, and Painkillers
At the main menu after beating the game on any difficulty.
While holding both Triggers and Joysticks down Press White, Black, Black, White, White, Black
Cheats option will appear with all Weapons, Full Ammo, and Painkillers.
Cheat Mode
Start a game. Press Back during the game to display the main menu. Then, hold L and R, click Left Analog-stick and click Right Analog-stick, then quickly press White, Black, Black, White, White, and Black at the main menu. The cheat menu will appear, which contains "All Weapons" and "Refill" options. To access these cheats, press Back during gameplay and select the options you want at the cheat menu. Then, press Back to resume playing. Other cheat menu options must be unlocked during gameplay.
Dopefish lives!
The room with the ''Dopefish lives'' poster is in part 1 chapter 7. To get to the room, do the following:
Go through chapter 7 until you get to the scene where Gognitti runs down the stairs and gets stuck in from of the locked door. Once the cut scene ends, kill enough of the baddies that you can go down the stairs safely (or just do it balls out gung-ho style guns blazing all the way...) Once you get to the bottom, turn around and head beneith the stairs to the door. Open the door, and presto! Dopefish!

Successfully Complete The Game On Either ''Fugitive'' or ''Hard Boiled'' GamePlay Modes.
Fight the Rats
In Part 1 Chapter 2, at the very beginning, throw a grenade (you must use the "All Weapons" cheat to have one) in the hole in the brick wall in front of you. Select Show Objectives, and a new objective will appear: a war against rats. Continue the level and pass the sewer, then go up the stairs. There you will find armed rats to battle.
Hidden Room In Hotel
When you are first going through the hotel level you will eventually come upon a room that is bare except for a pole in the middle that is leaning upwards and some windows on the side. Blow out a window and exit onto the ledege. Crawl along to your rigth until your come to two pieces of wood. Blow out the one that is partially broken and enter the room. There should be a body with a knife through it and Max will say something like ''I didn't even want to know what went on in here.'' On a bookcase by the body there should be some Ammo and Painkillers.
Infinite painkillers
To get infinite painkillers you have to press start during a game then press white, white, black, A, B, X, Y, Y ,Y, R, and then right by your health bar it will say 100+.
Level Skip
During gameplay, press Start. Then hold L and press Black four times, X six times, Y three times and then Back. When you're at the Main Menu, go back and a sound will confirm that you've completed the current chapter.
Secret Ending
Complete the game on "Dead on Arrival" difficulty, using no codes, and you will be transfered to the "Final Battle." There you must fight several enemies in permanent bullet time. If you can defeat them, a door will open, revealing a secret finale.
